Wii Fit is a video game package for the Nintendo Wii console, including the Wii Fit Balance Board, a revolutionary device for controlling games on the Nintendo Wii, using the movement of your own body to control and interact with a variety of active games and activities.
The Wii Fit Balance Board has taken several years to develop and was inspired by sumo wrestlers having the need to weigh themselves using 2 sets of weighing scales.
The Wii Fit Balance Board is wireless, with the appearance of a set of bathroom scales but is crammed with pressure sensors that, as well as gauging weight, have the ability to sense the movement of your body, enabling the Wii Fit Balance Board to monitor and track exercises. The Nintendo Wii has already redefined how we play the console video game, and the Wii Fit Balance Board is set to send the video game to another level, with games that are entertaining and will keep you fit at the same time.
The Wii Fit package comes bundled with the Wii Fit Balance Board and contains over 40 activities overall, including step aerobics and press ups, several proper games like heading footballs and ski jumping.
